SANTA ANA - Harmon Groesbeck Scoville, a prominent Orange County judge who served as the second presiding justice in the local appellate court's history, has died. He was 85.
Known both for his formality and his kindness, Scoville saw the Orange County Bar Association name one of its top awards in his honor.
