Heller Confirms More Departures to Covington & Burling
Alan H. Blankenheimer, a patent litigator in Heller Ehrman’s San Diego office, and several other San Diego partners in Heller’s intellectual property litigation group, are parting with the troubled San Francisco firm to join Covington & Burling, a Heller spokesman confirmed Tuesday.
