Commission Scolds San Diego Judge for Reckless Driving

Already scolded twice by the state's Commission on Judicial Performance, a San Diego County judge is in trouble again - this time for drunken driving.

SAN FRANCISCO - Already scolded twice by the state's Commission on Judicial Performance, a San Diego County judge is in trouble again - this time for drunken driving.

On Tuesday, the commission issued a public admonishment against Superior Court Judge Lisa Schall. In March, Schall pleaded guilty to reckless driving while under the influence of alcohol.
