Heller Ehrman, Mayer Brown Merger Is Off
Merger talks between Heller Ehrman and Mayer Brown dissolved over the weekend after as many as 40 attorneys, including two key partners in Heller’s intellectual property group, gave notice on Friday that they were leaving, sources with close ties to the firm confirmed Monday, speaking on condition of anonymity.
