      Jon B. Hultman, 36, Beverly Hills (Jan 24) - Hultman resigned from the bar on Nov. 29, 2006, with disciplinary charges pending. The resignation was accepted without prejudice to further disciplinary proceedings should Hultman seek reinstatement. The order took effect Feb. 23.
