9th Circuit to Post Charges of Misconduct
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' system for dealing with accusations of judicial misconduct and disability got a little more transparent Wednesday. The circuit, which since Nov. 30 has been under new Chief Judge Alex Kozinski, announced that orders regarding the disposition of misconduct and disability complaints will be posted on the Internet.
