      On Nov. 12, the nation celebrated Veteran's Day with speeches and parades honoring our nation's soldiers, those who sacrificed for our country and the freedoms that we enjoy. What went unnoticed is a national disgrace. That disgrace is the shocking number of veterans who are homeless and the uncaring society that turns its back on those who have served our nation during its most difficult times....
