L.A. Council Drops Appeal in Low-Income Housing Case

The Los Angeles City Council has voted to ignore the advice of City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo and will not appeal a court ruling in favor of nearly 100 tenants evicted from low-income apartments two years ago.
