Former Attorney Faces Charges in Alleged Phone Ponzi Scheme

SANTA ANA - A former San Francisco lawyer and financial tycoon who helped bring Pamela Anderson's sex tape to the public has been charged with running a Ponzi scheme that defrauded investors of $19.7 million.
