      Michael Arthur Cardenas, 47, Los Angeles (May 14) - Cardenas resigned from the bar on April 3 with disciplinary charges pending. The resignation was accepted without prejudice to further disciplinary proceedings, should Cardenas seek reinstatement. The order took effect June 13.
