9th Circuit OKs Google's Nude Display

The Google search engine's display of nude models in "thumbnail" size is fair use even though those images are copyrighted.

      The Google search engine's display of nude models in "thumbnail" size is fair use even though those images are copyrighted.
      So said the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a closely watched case Wednesday in which Perfect 10, an online adult entertainment company, sued Google for copyright infringement.
