Judge Grants Class Status to Costco Discrimination Suit
SAN FRANCISCO - In a victory for plaintiffs, a federal judge Thursday granted class status to a lawsuit charging retail giant Costco Wholesale Corp. with promoting female employees at a much slower rate than men into management positions.
