SAN DIEGO - Jude Basile repeatedly traveled to the intersection in southern Riverside County where Scott Keener died after his motorcycle slammed into a truck.
"I stood out there for many hours," said Basile, describing how he immerses himself in the thoughts and emotions of victims and their families before explaining their case to a jury.
