State Judicial Performance Panel Removes Judge Hall From Office
The state Commission on Judicial Performance removed embattled Santa Barbara Judge Diana R. Hall from office Tuesday, finding that she intentionally hid from the public a campaign donation from her former live-in girlfriend during her 2002 re-election bid because she didn't want the relationship publicized.
