Jury Denies Northridge Quake Lawsuit Against State Farm

LOS ANGELES - In one of the largest of the hundreds of lawsuits stemming from the Northridge earthquake, a Los Angeles Superior Court jury found that State Farm Insurance Co. did not act improperly when it refused to pay for damage that a group of Westlake Village residents had attributed to the quake.
