Lawyer Can Sue Morgan Lewis for Fees, Appellate Court Rules
A Los Angeles lawyer who wants his former employer, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, to reimburse him for attorney fees spent defending a malpractice suit will get to make his case in a new trial, the 2nd District Court of Appeal said Wednesday.

A Los Angeles lawyer who wants his former employer, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, to reimburse him for attorney fees spent defending a malpractice suit will get to make his case in a new trial, the 2nd District Court of Appeal said Wednesday.
Ralph Cassady, the attorney, worked at Morgan Lewis for about a year in the late 1980s.
