Graffiti Artist Agrees to Pay San Francisco $20,000
SAN FRANCISCO - He completed community service for his crimes, but one of San Francisco's most prolific graffiti vandals now must pay up to $20,000, stay away from spray paint and warn others through radio announcements not to ply his trade, according to the terms of a new civil settlement.
