Panel Tosses Cases on Rules for Shipping Radioactive Materials

Nuclear skeptics, including a waste truck driver, failed to show how they would be harmed by new rules governing radioactive shipments, federal appellate judges held Monday in rejecting a challenge to the regulations.

Nuclear skeptics, including a waste truck driver, failed to show how they would be harmed by new rules governing radioactive shipments, federal appellate judges held Monday in rejecting a challenge to the regulations.
      The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals threw out a lawsuit directed at rules developed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
