Ethics Panel Fines Lawyer's Secretary $41,000
LOS ANGELES - The secretary to prominent Los Angeles trial lawyer Pierce O'Donnell was fined $41,000 by the City Ethics Commission for her role in O'Donnell's laundering of campaign contributions to former Mayor James K. Hahn.

LOS ANGELES - The secretary to prominent Los Angeles trial lawyer Pierce O'Donnell was fined $41,000 by the City Ethics Commission for her role in O'Donnell's laundering of campaign contributions to former Mayor James K. Hahn.
The fine brings the total imposed against O'Donnell and his associates to $445,700 in administrative and criminal penalties.
