Judge Cuts Sentence of Drunken Driver Who Killed Motorcyclist to Probation
MURRIETA - In an unusual move and over the objections of the prosecution, a Riverside County Superior Court judge has reduced to probation with jail time the prison sentence of a woman convicted of driving drunk and striking and killing a motorcyclist with her car.
