SAN DIEGO - After a decade of California dreamin', Louis A. Mezzullo finally has moved west from Virginia to join Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps in San Diego as a partner.
"I started coming to Southern California in 1986, and I'd say to my wife, 'That's where I'd like to spend the rest of my life,'" Mezzullo said.
