Despite Being a Professor, Chemerinsky Is Biased

Letter to the Editor - Paralleling Erwin Chemerinsky's thought in his first paragraph regarding the Supreme Court ("Court Snubs Free Speech to Bow to Military" March 15 Daily Journal), one of the first things I learned in law school is that a professor isn't necessarily right, especially when the professor has a strong political viewpoint he or she is trying to support with the law. I wonder how these professors teach their students the concept of bias and how it can sway one's conclusions.
