CHANGE OF VENUE - Former UCLA law-school dean Susan Westerberg Prager was named president of Occidental College, the board of trustees announced Tuesday.
        Prager will be the 13th president and the first woman to lead the 119-year-old Los Angeles liberal arts college. The campus is spread over 120 acres and has 1,800 students. Prager begins work July 1.
