SHOT IN THE FOOT - A convicted felon literally shot himself in the foot and then figuratively did it again when he called 9-1-1 for help. Sacramento police officers arrived at the man's residence, unsure of who or how many people had been shot. They saw one injured man and then entered the house looking for other victims.
