LOS ANGELES - Morrison & Foerster has announced that seven California-based attorneys have been elected to the firm's partnership. The new partners are Philip T. Besirof , S. Raj Chatterjee , Jaclyn Liu , Jay Thomson and Peter J. Yim in San Francisco; Benjamin J. Fox in Los Angeles; and Steven M. Zadravecz in Orange County.
