University of California Students Sue Regents Over Tuition Hike
LOS ANGELES - Andrea Luquetta says the University of California Regents pulled a bait and switch: they hiked her UCLA Law School tuition 30 percent after giving the impression she'd pay the same amount all three years she's there.
