Prosecutors Charge Venice Man With Threats to Contaminate Store's Food
LOS ANGELES - Federal prosecutors on Thursday filed criminal charges against a Venice resident for allegedly threatening to place contaminated food on the shelves of Ralphs stores if the supermarket chain didn't pay him $180,000.
