Building-Code Violator Holes Up in Vegas

LAS VEGAS - "Hi. If you looking for Sid, you've found me. I'm out of jail. Please don't tell nobody." Beeeeeep. Sid Soffer's answering machine sits in the computer room of his double-wide mobile home, one of two he owns at the Pair-A-Dice Trailer Park in North Las Vegas.
