Court May Bar Foreign Antitrust Suits Filed in U.S.
WASHINGTON - Hearing a case involving claims for billions of dollars in damages, the Supreme Court on Monday clearly indicated it will rule that foreign plaintiffs may not bring suits in U.S. courts charging a worldwide conspiracy to fix prices.
