WASHINGTON - This weekend's NFL draft will be without two marquee prospects after the Supreme Court on Thursday twice denied an emergency appeal by former Ohio State University running back Maurice Clarett, who was seeking the chance to go pro despite an NFL rule that made him ineligible to do so.
