Critics Say Wal-Mart Won't Quit
LOS ANGELES - The resounding defeat by Inglewood voters of a Wal-Mart initiative to build a megastore is unlikely to deter the discount giant from further litigation and ballot efforts to realize its ambitious California expansion plans, opponents said Wednesday.
