ACLU Files 'No-Fly' Class Action
WASHINGTON - In its latest legal challenge to the government's "no-fly" list for air travelers, the American Civil Liberties Union on Tuesday filed a class action on behalf of a group of airline passengers who say that they have been subjected repeatedly to unwarranted and humiliating searches by airline security officials.
