2001 Has Been a Busy Year for Decisions Involving SLAPPs

Moneer - With 18 newly published decisions and two grants of review by the California Supreme Court, 2001 now officially can be dubbed the year of the SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, Code of Civil Procedure Section 425.16).
