Panel Won't Reappoint Bankruptcy Judge
LOS ANGELES - Though the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals gave no reason for its decision last week not to reappoint U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Kathleen P. March to another 14-year term, sources said 25 local bar members wrote a letter to the circuit executive, urging that she not be reappointed.
