Futuristic Thriller Spotlights System's Flaws

Dicta Column - Movie Review - By Stephen Zager - "Minority Report" presents a futuristic world where the guilty are punished before the crime is ever committed. The punishment is decided not by judges but by detectives who act as representatives of the Justice Department.
