High Court Will Hear Housing Act Bias Case
LOS ANGELES - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to review a federal appellate opinion that allowed a mixed-race couple to sue a real estate firm president whose sales agent allegedly discriminated against them under the Fair Housing Act.
