New Provision Requires Employer to Make Disclosures to Job Applicants

How about collecting feedback from supervisors regarding candidates for promotion? If so, you may be liable to that job applicant or promotion candidate for damages of $10,000 or more if you did not disclose the information obtained in a timely manner to the applicant or candidate.
