City Attorney Calls for Finishing Belmont, 'the Moral Thing to Do'
LOS ANGELES - City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is calling for completion of the scandal-plagued Belmont Learning Center, a $154 million high school that will need at least $60 million in environmental mitigation measures before it is safe to open.
