Ruling on Grand Jury Makeup Puts Indictments in Jeopardy

VENTURA - A Santa Barbara judge's ruling that the makeup of Ventura County's 2000-01 grand jury was unconstitutional has derailed a capital murder case and cast doubt on the future of other major indictments, including those charging a group of Hells Angels with a massive drug conspiracy.
