Bar Withholds Some Candidate Evaluations

SANTA ANA - Unwilling to evaluate either an incumbent judge facing criminal charges or the 11 people vying for his Orange County Superior Court seat, the Orange County Bar Association released its evaluation of nine other candidates campaigning for four other judicial offices in Tuesday's primary.
