Good Turn

Warranties, especially express warranties, have taken on new importance in construction law because of Aas v. Superior Court, 24 Cal.4th 627 (2000), and the recent decision by the 1st District Court of Appeal in Carrau v. Marvin Lumber and Cedar Co., 93 Cal.App.4th 281 (2001).
