Forum Column - By Gloria Allred and Dolores Y. Leal - Congratulations to Sacramento legislators and Gov. Gray Davis for passing AB1025, which requires employers to provide a reasonable amount of break time to employees desiring to express breast milk and requires employers to make reasonable efforts to provide the use of an appropriate room for the employee to express breast milk. The bill took effect on Jan. 1, and it's about time.
