Dedication to Dispute Resolution Spurs Jurist to Nurture Center

LOS ANGELES - For nearly 50 years, Judge Dorothy W. Nelson has been dedicated to the mediation of disputes. Nelson, a senior judge on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, established the Western Justice Center, a foundation dedicated to teaching dispute resolution to children, communities and the courts.
