New Law Makes Prenuptial Agreements Too Vulnerable

Consider this: You buy a crib for your baby, and you take the railings off, or you lock the front door to your house but leave all the windows open. If you're thinking in terms of safety, none of these actions makes much sense. Well, then, neither does SB78 just signed by Gov. Gray Davis. Drafted by state Sen. Sheila Kuehl, the bill takes the safety seal right off the prenuptial agreement, leaving it totally vulnerable to any number of hazards.
