As time has passed since Sept. 11, insurance issues now are becoming a focal point of discussion, as people attempt to deal with the economic burdens of their losses. One question that has come to the forefront is: How many "events or occurrences" were there? The answers to this question will play a large part in determining how much insurance coverage is available for losses traced to the attacks.
