House 'Stimulus' Package Dishonors Sept. 11 Victims
With more jobs lost in September than in any month in over a decade, America needs an economic-stimulus measure that is effective and balanced. If enacted, this $100 billion mother of all pork barrels will leave states awash in red ink and will raise interest rates, thus throttling - not jump-starting - the economy.
