Court Takes on Suspicionless Drug Testing of School Students
WASHINGTON - Jumping back into the controversy over drug testing of students, the Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to consider whether public school officials must show they are facing a serious drug problem before they can conduct suspicionless tests of students engaged in such extracurricular activities as choir, band and Future Homemakers of America.
