Unfounded Allegations Hurt Police
Police officers be damned, malicious and false misconduct allegations filed against officers are constitutionally protected under the First Amendment and are perfectly OK. Such is the decision by our esteemed 2nd District Court of Appeal in People v. Stanistreet & Atkinson , 2001 DJDAR 11563 (Cal. App. 2nd Dist. 2001).
