Japan Must Acknowledge Mass Rapes, Apologize

Despite acknowledgment of "the egregious conduct of Japan during its conquest of Asia - conduct that included sexual slavery and mass rape on an institutional scale," Judge Henry Kennedy Jr. has ruled the federal district court in Washington, D.C., does not have jurisdiction to redress the atrocities.
