Davis Appoints Two Judges in San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO - Gov. Gray Davis on Tuesday appointed attorneys John M. Pacheco and Katrina West to the San Bernardino County bench. Pacheco, 48, a partner with Garza, Garza & Pacheco in Redlands, said he's "totally excited and elated" about his appointment.
